Select and understand pasta flour, learn and practise dough making. Prepare various pasta shapes
Taking the lid of pasta secrets. Delicious pasta sauces and proper pasta cooking
Preparation and cooking of special pasta such as Agnolotti, Trofie, Gnocchi, and Tortellini
Two-hour sessions followed by pasta tasting. $90 per person/unit or $240 for all three classes.
